In reality, however, participating in the training does not require running. You can easily start with a brisk walk or walking up a hill and, to your own surprise, one day reach running. With each training session, you increase your capacity and endurance. This is precisely the magic of Skill&Run training, that development occurs gradually and, thanks to the energy prevailing in the training, also unnoticed. The same is true with strength exercises. If in the first training session even two-kilogram dumbbells seem too heavy, then perhaps in the fourth you will discover that they are not enough for you. In Skill&Run training, the focus is on you. Only your own set goals, your own chosen pace and your development.
