What is IntimFit training?
This is a workout designed for women, where movement supports deep contact. with your bodyThe focus is on you – your body, how you feel, and the quality of your movement.
The focus of the exercise is on controlled activation and relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles, contact with our body, and conscious control of the nervous system. As women, we often think we need to work harder when in fact we should be learning to relax more.
The real value of this exercise lies not only in a stronger pelvic floor, but in how you, as a woman, feel about your body and how you, as a woman, feel about yourself in your body. The goal is to make you feel present, satisfied, light and fluid. IntimFit teaches and helps you regain confidence in your body.
Regular pelvic floor muscle training helps restore normal and natural muscle function in the pelvic area, which in many women is either too weak or, conversely, too tense.
Long-term impact
- supports the woman's body after childbirth (cesarean section, ruptures, gynecological surgeries)
- reduces or prevents urinary incontinence
- supports sexual health (sensitivity, control, relaxation)
- prevents lower back and hip pain
- supports a woman's body during transition or menopause
- relieves tension and stress
- activates feminine energy
IntimFit is an investment in the development of your nervous system and body, not just a workout for the core muscles. IntimFit doesn't ask "how strong you are", but "how wisely you use your body".
It is recommended to wear during training leggings made of soft material that do not squeeze or have a shaping effect. Especially around the stomach and waist. You could wear a top or a tight shirt on top. A loose or baggy T-shirt will hide the movements of the stomach and lower back area. In the absence of visual movement, it is more difficult to achieve contact with your body.

First trial training 5€ (unlimited training time pass, valid for visiting the club ER and with which you can also relax in the spa and saunas after training).
Register for training through the website timetable (club member) or by calling 6412068.
