Every Advent Sunday we publish here on this same page and on our social media channels (Facebook ja Instagram) the goal for the upcoming week. Everyone who joins the challenge and completes the tasks will be entered into a draw for an awesome main prize + weekly intermediate prize. In the intermediate prize draw, sharing your performance on your personal social media increases your chances of winning. @revalsporteesti ja #adventchallenge

1st Advent – ​​SHINE LIKE A CHRISTMAS STAR

(Task completion period 1.12-7.12)

Task of the week: 1 CARDIO group training + 1 STRENGTH group training or gym training
Additional task: Start with daily push-ups – do as many as you can on the first day and add one more each day. Share your performance in your story using @revalsporteesti and #advendichallenge

Challenge conditions:

To join the challenge, you must register your participation in the form at the top of the page. Only registered club members will participate in the prize draw. You can join the challenge during the period 24.11-30.11.2015.

Each week, you must complete a task given by the club + the opportunity to participate in an additional social media task. The weekly tasks will be announced on Advent Sundays (30.11; 7.12; 14.12; 21.12).

Every week, intermediate prizes will be drawn among all participants (4 winners in total). Sharing your performance on your personal social media using @revalsporteesti and #advendichallenge increases your chances of winning in the intermediate prize draw.

The grand prize draw will take place on 29.12.2025. The intermediate prize draw will take place every Advent Sunday. The names of the winners will be published on the Reval-Sport website and the winners will be contacted personally.
