The webinar will be conducted by a Reval-Sport nutritionist. Enid Udras. Enid is an experienced nutritionist and a master's student at the Faculty of Chemistry, who graduated from Tallinn University of Technology with a degree in food technology and has completed 625 hours of training in nutritional counseling. Enid is a member of the Estonian Association of Nutrition Counselors and Therapists and has now counseled over 100 people, helping them achieve their desired goals, from losing weight and getting rid of digestive problems to creating more supportive eating habits and a better sense of well-being.
