Lecture - Nutrition recommendations before and after exercise

A healthy diet accounts for up to 80% of weight loss. If you have decided to change your eating habits but are not sure if you are doing it right, come to the lecture “Nutrition recommendations before and after exercise”.

In the lecture you will find answers to many nutrition-related questions, such as:

  • Should I eat before or after a workout?
  • What can you eat before and after a workout?
  • What to eat before an early morning workout?
  • Can I drink coffee before a workout?

The lecture will take place on October 25th from 19.00:20.00 PM to XNUMX:XNUMX PM and will be conducted by REVAL-SPORT personal trainer and nutrition advisor Siim Kelner.

Participation is free for all club members with a valid package! For others, the price is 15€.
