NEW: Calisthenics for adults season 25/26
It is a training method that uses only your body weight. In the training we go through all the fundamental exercises, during which every muscle group is trained. During the course we learn to use our own body by doing different “compound” i.e. exercises involving multiple muscle groups. Completing the course will provide participants with the necessary skills and knowledge on how to use bodyweight training both in and out of the gym and how to create sufficient muscle stimulation for development without equipment. You don't need heavy dumbbells and machines to build muscle mass and strength. Calisthenics courses introduce an alternative. The kit includes traditional training equipment such as a chin-up bar, rails, a barbell, rings and, of course, the floor.
Groups in the 2025/26 season:
Basic Calisthenics Course – intended for those who want to do calisthenics for recreational purposes. Previous experience is not important. The workouts are diverse in content, promote development, and definitely provide a decent training load.
Advanced Calisthenics Course – suitable for those who, in addition to the usual basic training, also want to learn and develop various elements of calisthenics, such as muscle up, back lever, human flag, etc. The prerequisite for joining the group is the ability to do a few chin-ups and push-ups with your own body weight.

Coach Bronec Jaani:
“I have been involved in various aspects of calisthenics since 2015. My interest in this training style arose from a good friend who introduced me to the first exercises. In the fall of 2015, I did my first power lift with a terrible technique, or muscle up and that's where it all started. Initially, my training had relatively little variation, because at that time there were basically no training videos and articles, let alone coaches. After a couple of years, the rudimentary basic training shifted to freestyle, or for freestyle and different tricks and the first competitions came into play. Today, I have combined all the different training methods into one training plan, which I have carefully built around my body over the years.
My first competition was in 2017, where I won first place in my age category. Today, I am the 2023 Estonian heavyweight and absolute champion and third in the 2023 European Championships in heavyweight. I have represented Estonia several times in cup and championship competitions abroad and have participated and contributed to a large number of competitions and events held in Estonia.”
