NEW! Running workouts
Starting May 16th, RUNNING TRAININGS will begin under the guidance of our coach Ele Metsalu.
Running workouts include a warm-up, running with a group, strength exercises in the open air, and relaxation and stretching. During the workouts, we teach the correct running technique that does not strain the joints, how to choose the right pace and heart rate, how to prepare the body for running, and what recovery should be like after training.
In addition, coach Ele gives tips on how to choose suitable running shoes and clothing that will make running enjoyable.
- Trainings take place every Monday and Wednesday at 19:00 PM.
Participation in the training is FREE for members with a valid package and €5 for non-members (clothes change and laundry available).
