NEW SEASON for adults 25/26

Adult groups for the 2025/26 season are open for registration. OPEN!

CALISTHENICS

It is a training method that uses only your body weight. In the training we go through all the fundamental exercises, during which every muscle group is trained. During the course we learn to use our own body by doing different “compound” i.e. exercises involving multiple muscle groups. Completing the course will provide participants with the necessary skills and knowledge on how to use bodyweight training both in and out of the gym and how to create sufficient muscle stimulation for development without equipment.

KICKBOXING

Kickboxing is a general physical and intensive training, during which, in addition to kickboxing techniques, the technique of muay thai is also developed. All parts of the body are used in the fight: legs, knees and hands. A punching bag, stuffed balls, additional weights, jump ropes, etc. are used in the training.

In addition to striking techniques, kickboxing training also teaches defensive techniques and teaches how to work in pairs and spar. In addition to pair work, punching bags and punching pads are also used to learn and hone strikes. Kickboxing training also includes general body exercises that help you get even better at the sport.
