NEW Reformer workout from 25.09

This weekend, our club held a NEW Reformer training session. Starting September 25th, we will bring you a completely new and unique training style. Our former Fitness Hall has undergone a complete renovation and received a new name – Reval Reformer Hall.

There are three different training styles coming up:

  • Reformer Strength
  • Reformer Flow
  • Reformer 60+

The training is carried out on special Merrithew Reformer 8n. Reformer workouts are slow-paced but highly toning workouts. The exercises are put together according to the name of the workout. Strength training is more intense and provides greater muscle load. Flow training is slower-paced and includes toning exercises. 60+, as the name suggests, is suitable for people aged 60+. It is a lighter workout, where the specific characteristics of people in this age group and the load that is suitable for them are taken into account when choosing exercises. Thanks to the precision of the movements and different variations, the workout is safe and suitable for everyone.
