The competition will take place: March 28, 2026

The Reval-Sport POWER CUP competition is coming again! Train with purpose, come test yourself and surpass yourself. The best will be rewarded with awesome prizes. WITH AWARDS!

Participation is open to all trainers who want to test themselves and prove themselves. Start training for a greater goal, progress and surpass yourself! If you don't want to compete this year or don't dare, then definitely come and watch and join in. We promise a nice sporty atmosphere, good fun and motivation.

Registration

Competition areas (3 areas in total)

  • Squat: women 50% of body weight, men 75% of body weight, for repetitions (within 90 seconds);
  • Bench press: women 30% of body weight, men 50% of body weight, for repetitions (within 90 seconds);
  • Deadlift: women 50% of body weight, men 75% of body weight, for repetitions (within 90 seconds);
  • The minimum barbell weight in all disciplines is 20 kg for women and 30 kg for men.

Competition format and age groups

  • The winner is determined by the number of repetitions. The athlete with the most repetitions is the winner of their category.
  • Both women and men compete in 3 categories: youth up to 18 years of age (born 2007 and earlier); open class (anyone can participate); masters (born 1980 and earlier).
  • All competitors are required to wear tight-fitting pants (shorts or long or a weightlifting leotard) and a T-shirt.
  • The use of magnesium, wrist wraps, knee socks -5mm (used in CrossFit) and lifting belts is permitted.

Competition schedule and weighing

  • Weigh-in for the competitions will take place on March 28th from 11:00 to 11:50.
  • The competition starts at 12:00. and the order of the areas is as follows: squat, bench press, deadlift (both women and men complete one exercise, then move on to the next exercise).
  • Registration of competitors will take place until 27.03.2026. If more than 60 fighters register, the list of competitors will be locked.

Competition regulations

  • The competitions are conducted according to competition regulations recognized by the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF).
  • All issues not specified in these guidelines will be resolved by the judging panel on site with the competition organizers.
