A support coach is someone who ensures that you achieve and maintain your goals. They help you choose the right workouts, stay motivated, and encourage you to be consistent. You can contact a support coach with any questions or concerns you may have about your health, training, and nutrition.
For an additional fee, a support trainer will conduct a body analysis, stress test, and create a training and nutrition plan.
Price: €15
The package gives you the opportunity to visit all group training sessions (except courses and martial arts), the gym and the water park 60 times within 10 days. Parking is free during the training.
