In terms of strength, the focus is on various muscle exercises covering the whole body, where you choose the speed and tempo of the performance yourself. In terms of boxing, variations of different punches and combos are made on punching bags. Thanks to the wide variation of exercises, each SkillBox workout is different and rich in variety.
