What does Senior Gymnastics include?

Senior gymnastics is aimed at all active female seniors.

  • Gymnastics lasts 45 minutes.
  • Our gymnastics exercises are very versatile and take into account the physiological characteristics of women. We place great emphasis on improving joint mobility, which is one of the biggest problems in aging. All major muscle groups also get a load.
  • The workouts are emotional, they are accompanied by music, dance combinations are used and it is always liked by women, regardless of age.

Before coming to training, you should consult your family doctor and find out if there are any contraindications for performing any exercises. Some diagnoses require therapeutic exercise. This information must be shared with the coach, who can then monitor the condition of his students during training.

Trainings take place twice a week, Monday and Thursday at 10:00 AM.  (There are no training sessions during the summer months.)
