At the mom-child’s training, the parent can work out and at the same time be with the child, holding the child in the lap or doing exercises that require muscular strength and balance. In this case, mother`s exercises can be done using extra weight.

During the session, the children are allowed to interact and play with each other. The coach leads thes session taking account all the needs and moods of the children!

The session is accompanied by quiet music and at a peaceful pace. At the same time, the strain for the parent is sufficient and useful. The same time the child develops well, because he can communicate with other children and is in the close contact with the parent.

To the sessions are expected all children who are able to keep their heads up to the age of 4 years.

Mother-child fitness workout will take place on Tuesdays beginning at 13.00

One ca take part of these trainings also with baby`s and infants card. One time payment is 9 euros.
