Senior Gymnastics contains

Gymnastics for seniors is for all active women.


Gymnastics lasts for 45 minutes.

The trainings are very changeful and  are taking into account the physiological characteristics of women. We input a lot to improve the mobility of the joints of our women, as the mobility of joints is one of the biggest problems in aging. All major muscle groups are also trained.

The classes are emotional, dance combinations are used. This is always a favorite for women, regardless of age.

Before going to workout, you should consult a family doctor and see if there are contraindications to any exercises. For some diagnoses, therapeutic exercise is required. Certainly, this information must be shared with a trainer who can then monitor the state of his trainees during the training.
