TRX is a workout that is based on your body weight exercises. As a result of this training, your strength, flexibility and balance will improve.

TRX is suitable for everyone, regardless of age and physical fitness.

 

The duration of the training is 55 minutes.

The  beggining of TRX was at the US Navy, where the ability to maintain and improve physical fitness was poor in the narrow conditions of the ships. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises. The TRX is suitable for both amateur trainees who want to improve muscular endurance and body sensation as well as professional athletes for whom the physical form is natural part of everyday life.
