HIIT & BOXING FOR LADIES (beginners)

Eatframe tkickboxing õlearning, i.e. we focus on basic techniques on both the punching bag and the punching pads. The basic course lasts 2 months, and then your training plan will become more advanced. The training sessions are for women only.

HIIT & BOXING FOR LADIES (advanced)

Combined with boxing and total body exercises (hands-on)õpush-ups, squats, kõ(women, etc.) and as the name suggests, only women are in the room together. Every class is different, the program is never repeated identically, but the trainer focuses on to ensure that your development is sustainable and continuous. Of course, as a member, you have a responsibility to attend training sessions conscientiously and always give your best every day.

KICKBOXING BASIC COURSE (3 months)

Kickboxing is a general physical and intensive training, during which, in addition to kickboxing techniques, the technique of muay thai is also developed. All parts of the body are used in the fight: legs, knees, hands, elbows and clinch. A punching bag, stuffed balls, additional weights, jump ropes, etc. are used in training. Kickboxing is suitable for everyone, regardless of gender and previous experience.

In the basic kickboxing course, the starting position, basic kicks, movement, necessary coordination, basic strength and pair exercises are thoroughly reviewed over a period of 3 months. By the end of the course, trainees will be able to perform basic kicks and combinations with their hands, feet and knees. Both women and men of all ages are welcome to join the basic kickboxing course.

BOXING TRAINING for young people – The goal of the training is to introduce young people to exercise and turn exercise into a lifestyle. We improve the physical fitness of young people based on individual development. Young people learn to exercise systematically and acquire the correct technique when performing exercises. Children and young people aged 7-16 are welcome to the training.

HIIT & BOXING FOR GIRLS

The goal is to emphasize the development of spiritual awareness in addition to physical health. Every month, an expert in their field visits our group and introduces various topics such as nutrition, meditation, breathing practices, self-love, etc. In summary, we focus on all important aspects of the foundation of a healthy person's life. Girls aged 14-17 are welcome to join the training.
