A support coach is someone who ensures that you achieve and maintain your goals. They help you choose the right workouts, stay motivated, and encourage you to be consistent. You can contact a support coach with any questions or concerns you may have about your health, training, and nutrition.
For an additional fee, a support trainer will conduct a body analysis, stress test, and create a training and nutrition plan.
Price: €15
The package gives you the opportunity to participate in baby and toddler training sessions 8 times within 90 days with a training time of 2 hours. Training time is considered the time the club member spends in the club, i.e. the time starts when you enter the club and ends when you leave the club. Parking is free during the training.
