Les Mills NEW PROGRAMS starting 8.12

LES MILLS TRAINING AT REVAL-SPORT:

BODYPUMP HEAVY™ – Initial training sessions are taking place 10.12 at 18:00 and 16.12 at 20:05 under the guidance of our trainer Marek Skorohhodov. BODYPUMP HEAVY™ is a full-body muscle training that focuses primarily on technique, slow tempo and heavier weights. The focus is on developing strength, muscle mass and technique.

BODYPUMP® – full-body muscle training, where barbells, discs, and dumbbells are used as training equipment.

BODYBALANCE® – is based on a combination of yoga, tai chi and pilates exercises and develops flexibility, balance, improves posture, strengthens muscles and reduces muscle tension and stress.

Les Mills RPM™ – A 30-minute intensive (HIIT type) indoor cycling workout, where the goal is to train at maximum power. The workout combines vigorous and fast intervals + rest breaks.

Les Mills SPRINT™ – an indoor cycling workout that takes you on a journey accompanied by great music: hill climbs, sprints, and flat rides.

BODYSTEP™ – an endurance and lower body strength workout using a step bench and additional weights. Emphasis on improving cardiovascular endurance and toning lower body muscles.

Who is suitable for: Suitable for anyone who does not have major mobility restrictions and can walk up and down stairs without any problems.

BODYATTACK® – endurance training inspired by various sports games, which includes several different jumps, running combinations, aerobic movement patterns and strength exercises.

BODYCOMBAT® – a martial arts-inspired full-body endurance workout that imitates striking techniques on an “invisible” opponent.
