Shaping contains

    • Shaping is a training system for women, suitable for both beginners and advanced learners. The training ensures a beautiful and aesthetically beautiful feminine body, a good shape and a better feeling.
      • The training lasts for 55 minutes
      • Shaping aims to provide a strain for all muscle groups. The training consists several different elements, which are:
        • group training sessions (music, video) under the guidance of a coach;
        • an anthropometric e. Measurement of the body: measures 33 different body parameters such as length, weight, circumference and skin fat. As a result, you will find out how much your fat percentage is. According to the measurement results, our coaches will work out an individual workout plan for you. Measurement costs 15 euros.
        • Achieving the goal set according to your own wishes the measurement results can be achieved through regular exercises and a healthy diet.
        • The training is suitable for women of all ages, regardless of prior training. An appropriate training strain according to ability will be created for all.
        • In addition to measuring your body, you also receive a Shaping Nutrition Plan. A healthy eating plan gives an idea what and how to eat to achieve the desired result. It balances the daily intake of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
