Trainings created by Les Mills are conceptual trainings that are popular worldwide. The specialty of these workouts is that all the workout content and music are globally determined throughout the workout for a three months period. This means you can go to any of the Les Mills training groups in any country and continue where you were left off in your home club.
Les Mills classes in Reval-Sport:
The Les Mills plans are designed as cardiovascular and muscular exercises. Each workout begins with warming up and ends with stretches, and all sessions last for 60 minutes.
The Les Mills training sessions are good for both beginners and advanced learners.
